When you use the quote or contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, and whichever of phone number or email address you give us, plus the details of your enquiry — for a quote, that’s the kind of project, budget range, timeline and suburb or town you tell us; for a general enquiry, it’s the message you write. We don’t collect anything else about you, and this website sets no cookies and loads no third-party tracking or analytics scripts of any kind.
Solely to respond to your enquiry — to get back to you with a quote or an answer, by whichever contact method you gave us. We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t sell or rent it to anyone.
Your enquiry is sent directly to us (info@poolgecko.co.za) and also lands in our secure enquiry inbox on PoolBuilders.co.za, the directory platform this website runs on — this lets us follow up even if an email goes astray, and it is never shown publicly or shared with any other business.
For as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and to keep an ordinary business record of it — no longer than that, and never for a purpose you haven’t been told about here.
